Community Action, Inc. Names INDIANA County Senior Corps-RSVP December Volunteer of the Month
Community Action, Inc. announced Bertha Bodnar of Indiana was selected to be the Indiana County Senior Corps-RSVP Volunteer of the Month for December. Bertha has been a member of the Senior Corps-RSVP since July 2000 volunteering for Aging Service Inc. Aultman Senior Center serving meals and helping with other Center activities. When asked why she volunteers, Bertha stated, "I enjoy helping others and being around people and my friends. I enjoy volunteering at the Center, it’s a great place.” When Bertha is not volunteering she enjoys listening to music and playing bingo. Bertha attends the Church of the Good Shepard.
