Clarion Resident Receives Statewide Award for Accomplishments

Mr. Thomas Nist of Clarion was one of 14 recipients to be honored at a ceremony in Harrisburg on April 18, 2012 for overcoming the obstacles that stood in his way of achieving self-sufficiency. The Community Action Association of Pennsylvania presents the Self-Sufficiency Awards each year to recognize those who have worked with their local Community Action Agency to overcome significant barriers to achieve success.
