Career Development combines the services of Adult Education and New Choices-New Options Career Development. Adult Education is more than obtaining a GED. This FREE Program is designed to assist you in taking the next steps toward obtaining a rewarding career and improving your employment skills. The New Choices-New Options Career Development component includes: COMPUTER TRAINING; career assessment and exploration; learning job search and stress and time management skills; building self-esteem and confidence; learning goal setting, resume writing and interviewing skills. Classes will begin the week of March 20 in Punxsutawney, Brookville and Clarion. While attending classes, transportation and child care assistance may be available.
