Community Action, Inc. Names CLARION County Senior Corps-RSVP February Volunteer of the Month

Community Action, Inc. announced Helen Kline of Tionesta was selected to be the Clarion County Senior Corps-RSVP Volunteer of the Month for February. Helen has been a member of the Senior Corps-RSVP since June 2008 volunteering for Clarion Area Agency on Aging Leeper Senior Social Center. Her duties include helping to prepare the food, assist disabled participates and clean up. Helen also helps friends and neighbors by taking them shopping and to appointments. . When asked why she volunteers Helen stated, "I enjoy volunteering, it keeps me active. I enjoy the people I meet at the center and helping those in need. I do as much as I can to help anyone who needs help.” When Helen is not volunteering, she enjoys quilting, playing cards and spending time with her family. Helen attends the Tylersburg United Methodist Church. Community Action, Inc.'s Senior Corps-RSVP is very proud to have Helen as a member.
