FREE New Choices Career Development Class to be held in Punxsutawney


Are you currently unemployed, needing to find a new career or wanting to improve your academic skills?

Community Action, Inc.'s Career Development Project can help and is offering a FREE New Choices Career Development Class designed to assist you to take the next step toward obtaining a rewarding career and improving your employment skills.

This class includes: COMPUTER SKILLS TRAINING; career assessment and exploration; job training, search and readiness skills; stress and time management skills; self-esteem and confidence building; goal setting; resume writing; and interviewing skills.

While attending classes, transportation and child care assistance may be available and class graduates may be eligible for future educational financial assistance.

Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday beginning September 11, 2012 at Community Action, Inc.’s Technology Center in Punxsutawney.
