Procurement of Transportation Services


Community Action, Inc. is accepting proposals to provide transportation services through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program for eligible Jefferson County residents.

Proposal specifications may be obtained by contacting Manette Setree, 105 Grace Way, Punxsutawney, PA 15767-1209, (814) 938-3302, extension 216. Sealed proposals must be clearly identified "Transportation Services Proposal" and received no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 21, 2012. Proposals will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. on May 22, 2012 at the above address.

Community Action, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond.
